We moved to Korea in the middle of winter. We came from a much milder climate and weren't used to temperatures of -10°C.

During those first few months, cooking at home became a way for us to adapt: simple, hot dishes, the same ones prepared in many Korean homes when the temperature drops, designed to warm the body.

From that experience, Cuando Hace Frío en Corea was born, a digital cookbook that brings together 8 recipes from everyday Korean cuisine. Homemade dishes that are easy to prepare at home, comforting and good for the body.
